Prices
Prices are in Colombian pesos and include VAT. Shipping cost is shown before payment.
Availability
Products are subject to size and color availability. If an item sells out after your purchase, we contact you to swap it or refund you.
Payment methods
Debit or credit card, PSE, Nequi and Bancolombia through the payment gateway; bank transfer or Nequi arranged on WhatsApp; and cash on delivery.
Shipping and exchanges

Right of withdrawal
For online purchases you may withdraw within 5 business days of delivery, under article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it; return shipping is at your expense.
