Exchanges and returns

Time limit

You can exchange your item within 15 calendar days of purchase.

Conditions

The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all its tags and free of stains, deodorant or makeup marks, fading or alterations.

Underwear and leggings cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

Exchanges are never refunded in cash. This does not affect your right of withdrawal for online purchases (see Terms and conditions).

Channel

Exchanges go through the same channel as the purchase: online store, physical store or WhatsApp. International purchases cannot be exchanged in Colombia.
